Deadlines
Include A registration fee admits members, professionals and students to all scientific sessions and includes simultaneous interpretation, welcome drinks, coffee breaks, briefcases, final programme and abstract book. Indicate on the registration form the name of the person / company to be written on the receipt. Letter of Invitation An official letter of invitation will be sent by fax or e-mail, if asked. The invitation does not bind the Organizing Committee to any financial commitment. Cancellation and Refunds Refunds of fees, less a 50% administrative charge, will apply until April, 30, 2000. After this date no refunds can be made.
