Hotels

- The packages of all hotels include transfer from the airports, breakfast and taxes.

- The hotel reservation is a minimum of 3 nights

- between May 20 and 26 - it is possible to extend according to your convenience, before or after, paying extra nights - see hotel reservation form.

- Casa Grande Hotel - venue of the Symposium - include all meals (lunch and dinner), has the check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00. Earlier pre-reservation start on May 20 at 16:00.

- Insurance Coverage:

- The event cannot be responsible for any accident, sickness, loss or theft of personal objects, which may occur during the course of the event or during the pre and post Congress Tours. Participants, therefore, are advised to take out insurance in their own countries, as appropriate, before travelling to São Paulo.

- Rates: rate: US$1,00 = R$1.70
